Our
information service relies heavily on e-mail as carrier. Therefore
we have implemented a privacy policy to protect our visitors and
to express the seriousness of our business operation:
We
declare herewith that we follow strictly our 'Privacy Policy'
whereas any kind of information supplied in any form to us will
be considered confidently and neither be distributed or sold outside
of link-mail.biz or abused in any other ways. These information
includes any personal information such as telephone/fax numbers,
names or credit card information. The only exception to this rule
is if we have to comply with requests from local authorities such
as court orders or search warrants.
We
may store and use information supplied from our visitors directly
or indirectly for our own statistical purpose with the main focus
to improve constantly our service. Within such a process we do
not identify single customers, rather we are treating them as
groups as defined by our marketing strategies.
We
have also implemented our 'Anti-Spam Policy' and thus do not spam
our visitors for whatever reasons. This includes any kind of marketing
or advertising materials. We believe our site has enough to offer
to draw enough interests for repeat visits.
E-mail's
from us will be sent only after our visitors have requested them
explicitly from our site either as link-mail letter using our
autoresponder or via our bi-weekly update newsletter, 'The LinkAdvisor'.
Any subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
In
addition link-mail.biz follows the 'Council for Responsible Email'
six resolutions that are designed to safeguard receivers from
getting consistently unwanted, erroneously labeled, or intentionally
deceptive e-mail. Each of the resolutions complements the next
and should be taken into consideration as a collective entity.
In full they are:
1.
We agree that marketers must not falsify the sender’s domain
name or use a non-responsive IP address without implied permission
from the recipient or transferred permission from the marketer.
2.
We agree that marketers must not falsify the subject line to mislead
readers about the content of the e-mail message.
3.
We agree that all e-mail marketing messages must either include
an option for the recipient to unsubscribe from receiving future
messages from that sender, list owner, or list manager, or valid
and responsive contact information of the sender, list manager,
or list owner.
4.
We agree that marketers must inform the respondent upon online
collection of the e-mail address for what marketing purpose the
respondent’s e-mail address will be used. (Inform either
online or via e-mail.)
5.
We agree that marketers must not harvest e-mail addresses with
the intent to send bulk unsolicited commercial e-mail without
consumers’ knowledge or consent.
6.
We opposes sending bulk unsolicited commercial e-mail to an e-mail
address without a prior business or personal relationship.
Should you receive any unwanted e-mail from our domain name please
report directly and immediately back to us at <fightspam@link-mail.biz>
